Appointly is responsible for the personal data we receive through this site. You will find our details in the legal notice.
What data we process
This site has no forms or user accounts. We only receive the data you send us by WhatsApp or email: usually your name, phone number or email address and the content of your message.
Why and on what basis
We use this data to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps or the contract itself, or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
How long
We keep the data only for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
Who else receives it
WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider process the messages you send us through those channels. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@appointly.es. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
